The Metrix Assets Community is an online space for the people who use Metrix every day. It’s where you’ll find webinar recordings, product updates and practical tips, and where you can talk directly with our team and other councils and utilities managing assets the same way you do.

Ask a question and get an answer from the Metrix team or from another user who has already solved the same problem. Answers stay in the community so the next person can find them.

Who it’s for
The community is for anyone at an organisation using Metrix Assets. That includes:
- Asset managers and asset officers
- Finance teams handling valuations, depreciation and capitalisation
- GIS and spatial staff
- Field and operations staff using Metrix on mobile
- System administrators
You don’t need to be an expert. If you use Metrix, or you’re new to it, you’re welcome.
How to join
Joining takes a few minutes and there’s no cost for Metrix customers.
- Request access using the link below with your name, organisation and work email.
- We’ll check your organisation and send you an invitation.
- Accept the invitation and set up your profile. Use your work email so we can match you to your organisation.
No. For urgent issues or anything specific to your system, contact Metrix support as usual. The community is for questions, ideas and learning from other users.
Yes. We encourage whole teams to join, from asset and finance staff to GIS and field users.
Yes. Recordings are posted in the community after each webinar.
You choose. You can adjust your notification settings at any time from your profile.
No. The community is private and only members can see posts.
