Make Spatially Aware Decisions
Use the powerful built in real-time map themes to make visually informed decisions.

Stay in Control of Spatial Data
Link your assets and components with spatial data through our best in class spatial platform. Use the built-in web based editor or easy integration with QGIS in order to enable powerful spatial editing.
Metrix delivers integrated support for bulk loading datasets including core asset data loads, condition update data, and subdivision data loads. Such capacity allows for users to supply in either CSV format with Well Known Text (WKT) spatial definitions if required or dedicated Spatial File format (Shapefiles, TAB file, GeoPackage, etc.)
Save Literally Hours
Perform operations such as spatial splits to update geometries on the map and proportionally assign calculations and finances to the newly created components.
Bring Your Data to Life
Utilising the Desktop GIS Integration allows users to extend spatial capability whist ensuring the data is not siloed or separated from the Asset Management System. Out-of-the-box integration supports 2 way synchronisation of data to the Metrix cloud – effortlessly and seamlessly.

Modern APIs allow organisation’s to integrate Metrix into their preferred systems.

FAQ
What you load in is exactly what we store: native SRID, full precision, and all Z‑values intact for true 3D geometry. The only thing that ever changes is the map projection used for visualisation, not your underlying data. In other words, your geometry goes in clean and comes back out just as clean.
Yes, geometry edits are completely safe. Changing a spatial feature won’t alter its capital value, though the system will flag when a calculated capital value may have drifted from their respective recorded valuations. Capital Value only moves through explicit financial actions; tools like split and merge simply re‑apportion existing capital value (with explicit user approval) without increasing or decreasing the total carrying value.
Yes — every change in the system is fully audited at the asset and component level. A limited set of actions can be rolled-back directly, and for everything else you simply apply a corrective update so the audit trail clearly shows what changed and why.
Yes, you can attach a wide range of file types directly to an asset or component, including CCTV footage. There are storage size limitations on our standard software agreement so furthermore, if the video is hosted on a proprietary platform elsewhere, you could consider using our Integration Linking tools to create a ‘smart hyperlink’ to point directly at the provider’s source. This is sometimes a good option if file size is large.
